THERE ARE MANY SCHOOLS IN USA, PHILIPPINES ETC WHICH ENCOURAGE BUDDY FLYING HOURS WHICH ARE NOT LEGAL AND NOT APPROVED BY MANY AVIATION AUTHORITY.  IT LOOKS QUIT TEMPTING WHEN YOU SEE YOU ARE GETTING MORE FLIGHT HOURS AT LESS COST BUT THAT CAN BE JUST AND JUST POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF BUDDY FLYING HOURS, OTHERWISE THERE CANT BE MUCH OF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCHOOL S COST WISE AS MOST OF THE SCHOOL GET AV GAS, INSURANCE, INSTRUCTOR S AT SAME PRICE.  INDUSTRY STANDARDS ARE MOSTLY FIXED.
